So for those of you who haven't heard, this past week the Former Dunham Sports building rose to the top of our list of possible locations again. After the sale of Centerpoint Mall there was lots of dust that needed to settle. So this last week I called Peter who manages the mall to see if any of the spaces he was in charge of had changed...and indeed they had. Peter went on to inform me that the situation that had prevented us from renting Dunham in the past had vaporized and now the space could be available to us for the cost of utilities. We immediately jumped on the opportunity and scheduled a walkthrough with our architect Bill Y. Wednesday morning we spent several hours discussing terms, options and layout for the Dunham space. We then wrote up a proposal and emailed it to Peter to submit to the current decision makers for Dunham. Our final stipulation was that we hear back from them by tomorrow Nov 1. So pray with us that our proposal is accepted, and that ECSP can finally find a place to hang it's hat for a while!!
